Sunrise Elementary School offers grades 2, 3, 4 and 5. At Sunrise Elementary, we continue with our vision to enable each child's success by using high academic standards, a caring environment, development of social skills and leadership opportunities. We appreciate our partnerships with many groups in the community that support our Backpack Program, Bikes for Kids Project, Character Kids, as well as the Richmond PTO for financial support in many of our building and classroom projects. We also have partnered with the Richmond Kiwanis Club in the Dictionary Project (providing dictionaries to our third graders) and the Terrific Kids Program, giving many students the opportunity to be recognized for having traits that our community values.
All students are supported in their efforts, and many recognitions happen throughout the school year. Our campus has modern technology incorporated in the classrooms.
