Staci Maddux has been teaching and coaching in the Richmond R-XVI School District for 30 years. She started her career in the fall of 1992 as the ISS Instructor. She has taught P.E. and Health since 1994. She became the Assistant Athletic Director in the fall of 2020. In her 30 years with the district, she has been a cheerleading sponsor, assistant volleyball coach, assistant basketball coach, and has been the head softball coach for 28 years. In the fall of 2017, Staci was awarded the Coach of Character Award, and in the fall of 2017 she earned her 300th career softball win. She serves on the RMS Building Leadership Team and many other state and national organizations.

Staci and her husband Dale have two boys, Benton (27), and Lane (23). They reside in Lawson, Missouri on Dale’s family farm. When not teaching or coaching she enjoys gardening, raking hay, riding motorcycles, working in her yard and mowing.
