Dr. Cindy Quinn grew up in a rural area in Kansas. She graduated from Jayhawk Linn High School. Cindy earned an Associates of Arts Degree from Fort Scott Community College in 1991. She went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Pittsburg State University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Building Leadership, and an Ed.D. from Saint Louis University in District Leadership.
Dr. Quinn has a variety of experience in the field of education including teaching special and general elementary education, several years of Process Coordinator experience, as well as previous experience as a Director of Special Services. For the past 8 years, Cindy has worked as an Instructional Evaluation Specialist for the LSR-7 School District.
Dr. Quinn currently resides in Lee’s Summit with her husband, Mr. Tim Quinn. Together, they have 6 adult children and 12 grandchildren. Cindy enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time. She is very excited to become part of the Richmond R-XVI School District.
